About the Firm
As a criminal defense attorney, I have years of experience defending people charged with every kind of misdemeanor or felony. My successful cases have included driving under the influence (DUI), battery, assault, theft, domestic violence, carjacking, drug possession, transportation, and use cases. I have won reductions and dismissals in many cases.
I graduated at the top of my class at the University of San Diego School of Law. I am a former President and member the North County Bar Association Criminal Law Section. I also worked as a Judge Pro Tem for the San Diego Municipal and Superior Courts and ran for Municipal Court Judge.
I am an aggressive trial attorney with extensive experience in defending all types of cases. I am in daily contact with the Judges and the prosecutors in North County. I am well known and highly regarded for working and fighting hard for my clients.
